Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
DirectionsStep 1Mix all together in a small bowl and rub onto chicken until well coated.
Cook on a grill pan over medium high heat for 9 minutes per side or until centers are no longer pink and juices run clear.
Let sit for 5 minutes before cutting for a juicier piece of chicken!
