Ingredients :
1 small potato
1 or 2 tbsp whole fat milk
1 egg yolk
1 tsp of vegetable glycerin or olive, coconut oil
Instructions :
Cook the small potato including their jackets to retain its useful properties. Once cooked, pell the skin off and add 1 or 2 tbsp of whole fat milk. Mash the mixture to make a puree.
Add the egg yolk and 1 tsp of glycerin or oil and mix well.
Apply in thick layer on your face and let it sit for 15-20min. Rinse away and splash with warm water and splash with cold water to close the pores onto your face. Apply moisturizer.
