New Year is a great time to commit to making changes towards a healthier lifestyle.
You have more chance of succeeding if you set yourself realistic goals. If you need help or encouragement, lots of expert advice on what you can do to stay healthy and kick-start your resolution.
Here's an idea of some of the things you can expect throughout the year:
January: Focus on Finances
We will getting back-to-basics, debt vs savings, and a week-long spending freeze challenge because starting January 13th no spending for 7 days!
February: Focus on Relationships
We will work on being more selfless, spending quality time with those we care about, how to have an affordable Valentine's day, affordable ways to show love (platonic and romantic), and more.
March: Focus on Fitness
We will be drinking more water, taking more steps, discover healthy recipes, learning lots of great (simple) exercises to do at home (even while brushing your teeth!), will learn cheap/free ways to be active, beauty health and wellness tips, and more.
April: Focus on Organization.
Spring cleaning !
May: Focus on Simplification
We are going to make space in our lives to breath, reflect on what matters most, figure out what we can get rid of (mentally and physically) and just simplify our lives a little bit more. Minimalism !
June - July : Focus on Summer
Plan out your activities in advance, learn cheap travel tricks, summer party ideas.
August: Back to Productivity
Let's encourage ourselves to keep our brains fresh and active !
September: Shelftember
Time to get some cleaning done (pantries, fridges and freezers).
October: Focus on Finances
Freezing our spending, looking for ways to save money, earn money because Christmas…in one month!
November: Focus on Gratitude
Let us work on finding gratitude in everything.
December: Focus on Others
Gift-giving, random acts of kindness, service to others, hosting parties, playing hostess to visiting friends and family. Better ourselves !
