- 200g brown rice
- 3 beets cooked
- 200 ml coconut cream
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt
Cook brown rice in your rice cooker if you have one or in a saucepan with water volume (x2).
Cut the beets into small cubes.
In a pan, add the olive oil , crush a clove of garlic and add the coriander. Add the rice, the beets and the coconut cream.
Hot serve and to decorate add a few seeds of your choice
