Couvrir les poivrons de la moitié de la mozzarella et parsemer d’un peu de parmesan. Arroser d’un filet de crème. Poursuivre en alternant les couches de poivrons, de la mozzarella restante, de parmesan et de crème. Assaisonner. Terminer par une couche de poivrons et parsemer de parmesan.
